Returns & Refunds Policy

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 14 days from the date of delivery.
If you wish to cancel your order and return the items for a refund, please contact us at

and include your order number and reason for return.
Please wait for our confirmation before sending any items back.

Returns

You must return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving and inspecting your returned items, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Intimate Items – Important Notice

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items once opened or tried on:

  • Briefs, thongs, panties, and shapewear

  • Bodysuits, teddies, and bodystockings

  • Hold-ups, tights, stockings, and socks

  • Any “open” or “crotchless” garments

  • Nipple covers and adhesive accessories

We recommend checking our size guide carefully before placing your order.

Condition of Returns

Items must be returned:

  • Unworn (except for trying on over your own underwear)

  • With all original tags and packaging intact

  • In perfect resale condition

If the returned products do not meet these requirements, Sintimity reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for another size or color, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges can only be made for products of equal or lesser value, subject to stock availability.
Only one exchange per order is permitted.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Purchases made using a gift card will be refunded as store credit.

Changes to Orders

We process orders quickly, which means changes may not always be possible.
