Cancellation & Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.

Do not return any items without prior confirmation from us.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be sent back within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Proof of postage must be retained.

Once the returned items are received and inspected, any refund due will be processed as soon as possible using the original payment method.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION – INTIMATE ITEMS (Hygiene Policy)

For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate items cannot be returned once opened, worn, or tried on improperly, unless the item is faulty.

In accordance with UK regulations, we do not accept returns on the following items once opened:

• Underwear, panties, briefs and thongs
• Hold-ups and stockings
• Bodysuits and body stockings
• Tights and shapewear
• Nipple covers
• Socks and leggings

Certain corsets are also classed as special-order items and are non-returnable.

Acceptable Returns

Returns will only be accepted if the items:

• Have not been worn, except for trying on over personal underwear
• Have all original swing tickets attached
• Are returned in original and unused condition
• Are returned in original (unopened) packaging where applicable

Please note: lingerie supplied online does not usually include hygiene seals.

Presentation Boxes & Complimentary Items

If your order included gift boxes, accessories or free gifts, these must also be returned in full and in their original condition.

Failure to return all components may result in refusal or adjustment of the refund.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued once returned items are inspected and approved.

Refunds are processed:

• Within 14 days of receipt of the return
• No later than 30 days from cancellation

If the full order is returned, the original delivery charge will be refunded.

If only part of the order is returned, the delivery charge is non-refundable.

If a return causes the order value to fall below free shipping threshold, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

If a returned item is deemed unsellable (damaged, worn, folded improperly, crushed, washed or altered), the refund will be refused.
Items not eligible for refund will not be returned and may be destroyed for hygiene reasons.

Exchanges

All products are sold as new.

Exchanges are allowed only if items:

• Are unworn (except fitting over underwear)
• Retain original labels and packaging
• Are returned within 14 days

Exchanges are limited to:

• A different size or colour of the same product
• A product of equal or lower value (difference refunded if applicable)

Only one exchange or refund may be made per order.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.

If items purchased with a gift card are returned, refunds will be issued as store credit only.

Orders are dispatched quickly, therefore changes are not guaranteed.
